Kidneys

OUr Lead Teacher's youngest sprog slit his only remaining kidney in a fall yesterday. Now she is asking for a week off. This will be really expensive for us. Already we lost money by cancelling one of our most lucrative days. I think she has used up all the sick days under her contract as well. Whast should we do. Pay her and the relief teacher or just pay the relief teacher?

We don't have that much money to spend on double payments.
